Generally speaking, in Japan, music CDs and vinyls are unbelievably expensive! One can never imagine, domestic street prices. Newly released music CD's(sealed, 1 disc album) are sold at about 24 to 29 dollars..., in some cases, domestic prices go over 30 dollars. But otherwise, used music CD's (include some previous Hits in Japan) are currently about 9 to 13 dollars. Many of our stocks, sales price is about 7 to 12 dollars on average. Cheaper, and decently low priced is much better.  But some of used, in other words pre-owned CD's which sounds like a poor grading one, might have little scraches, minor flaws, etc. But most of them are non-audible scratches and no problem to play on your CD player. Only sounds like a professional CD players may be able to pick up the differences that scratches make.
  Remember, some of very rare hard-to-find items for the collectors or big-fans (for example: limited or special packaging, also, out of print or discontinued, others are had been autograph... like that. We mean not high-end, you know.) are highly priced at a premium.
